5. Liability & Limitations
JBR Holmes Solutions is not liable for:
Damages caused by pre-existing property issues
Surface damage caused by large equipment or dumpsters (unless otherwise stated)
Delays due to weather, access restrictions, or acts of God
Clients assume responsibility for items or areas not disclosed as fragile or restricted.
